Autumn in Norfolk

Summer’s nearly over – and what a lovely summer it’s been! But Autumn is a favourite season of ours too. It’s a great time to Stay & Dine with us at The Ingham Swan and to enjoy all that this beautiful part of Norfolk has to offer at this time of year. From countryside walks to a stroll on a deserted beach or a trip to the medieval city of Norwich. It’s also the perfect time of the year for birdwatching as thousands of birds migrate south and arrive in North Norfolk – notably the Pink-Footed Geese, but you may also spot waders, swans and ducks as they arrive to over-winter in our milder climate. And, of course, there’s always a special event going on in Norfolk to while away an hour or two.

Join us in the Restaurant offering the very best of Autumn on a plate, then a stroll across the courtyard takes you to your comfortable, contemporary Room in the converted Stable Block for a stylish stay and a truly relaxing night’s sleep before your delicious breakfast the next morning.
