We all love to get the scoop from Chef on the best dishes to choose, and now in conjunction with Chef Patron Daniel’s 50th Birthday, he’s pulled together a ‘Chef’s Favourites’ menu with 2 courses for £50. 

This is an exclusive menu created by Daniel for September and October, available daily for lunch and dinner excluding Sunday Lunch.

Simply choose a Starter and Main from the line up of some of Daniel’s favourite dishes.  

Please note we cannot offer any adjustments or dietary requirements to this particular menu.

 Sea Salt Crackling Blythburgh Belly Pork, Burnt Onion Purée, Granny Smith Apple, Pork Puff, Jus

Choice of Main

Yeast Glazed Fillet of Scottish Beef, Fine Ratatouille, Cavolo Nero, Smoked Pancetta, Beef Fat Rosti, Butternut Squash Fondant, Red Wine Jus

 Garlic Baked Half Norfolk Lobster, Samphire, Cromer Crab Cake, Comté Cream, Koffmann Fries
